·Verify the direction of the conveyor belt.

·Listen for any unusual sounds, and ensure there are no debris on the motor casing.

.Screw Conveyor Examination:

·Confirm the correct direction of the screw conveyor.

·Assess the motor's sound quality.

·Check for any debris on the motor casing.

·Inspect the drive V-belt tightness and adjust if too loose.

II. Reviewing the Air Channel System

·Carefully examine the air compressor and its motor for smooth operation.

·Confirm that all necessary preparations are complete before using the compressor.

·Listen for any unusual sounds and monitor the motor's temperature.

·Evaluate the air-water separator for any water accumulation. If excess water is present, discharge it using the valve. If water levels are low, replenish the oil.

·To address the oil-water mixture, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the air reservoir and drain it.
