HZS90 Concrete batching plant refers to a concrete batching plant equipped with a JS1500 compulsory twin-shaft concrete mixer, a PLD2400 aggregate batching machine, and a belt conveyor. It has a production capacity of 90m3/h and a discharge height of 3800mm.

The main components include cement silo, screw conveyor, PLD batching machine, twin-shaft mixing mainframe, computer control, and measurement system.
Operation Process:
The operation process involves using a loader to shovel materials from sand and stone piles into the corresponding storage bins of the aggregate batching machine. The materials are discharged from the storage bins into the weighing hopper of the batching machine through a cylinder-operated door. The weighing hopper measures the materials using a three-point gravity sensor. The weighed aggregates are then transported to the waiting storage bin through flat and inclined belt conveyors. Meanwhile, cement and fly ash stored in the powder tank are measured and transported to the weighing hopper for weighing using a screw conveyor. Water is pumped into the water weighing tank for measurement. After weighing, the aggregates are fed into the concrete mixer separately using a secondary feeding method. The mixed concrete is discharged into concrete transit trucks through a cylinder or hydraulic pump, completing one cycle.
