The mobile Concrete batching plant is a concrete mixing equipment developed for users who need frequent site transfers, short construction periods, and long construction lines. The towing speed of the YHZS35 mobile Concrete batching plant is less than 15 kilometers per hour. The YHZS35 concrete mixing plant mobile equipment is allowed to travel on roads and is only suitable for short-distance travel.
This equipment is a concrete production line that integrates the material storage, weighing, transportation, mixing, unloading, and automatic control system of the Concrete batching plant on a trailer chassis. Its operation process, operating mode, maintenance, and upkeep are similar to those of a conventional automatic mixing plant.
Composition:
The main structure is divided into three parts: the discharging layer, mixing layer, and batching and weighing layer.
Main chassis: The mixing host chassis is in a cantilever shape and includes a towing pin for trailer traction and stabilizing support legs. The chassis contains the mixer, cement scale, water scale, and liquid additive scale, as well as auxiliary platforms, handrails, and other peripherals.
Aggregate batching and measuring: This system is located at the rear of the entire plant. The upper part consists of aggregate (sand, stone) storage hoppers, which can be divided into 2 to 4 compartments with added height boards to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is carried out using multiple materials accumulation method with pneumatic sequential opening of the doors.
Belt conveyor frame: This frame connects the main chassis and the aggregate batching frame and houses the belt conveyor. It integrates the main chassis, belt conveyor frame, and batching frame to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
Peripheral components: These include the cement silo and screw conveyor. They are integral parts when working or transporting, facilitating easy transportation and assembly/disassembly.
Mixing host: It uses the JS750 forced concrete mixer, capable of quickly and evenly mixing fluidity and semi-hard concrete.
Control room: The control room is located under the conveyor belt and houses the automatic control system of the mixing plant. During operation, the control room acts as the front support point of the entire plant, and during transport, it can be folded and stored within the support frame.
