·The mixing unit and measurement unit are connected by bolts to a frame structure, and the walkway is connected by a hinge, which can be folded along the hinge point during transportation to reduce transportation space.

·The installation chassis can be designed in different non-standard forms based on the customer's site conditions, making it more convenient.
No need for excavation of foundations; the equipment can be directly placed on hardened ground for quick use, reducing the cost and time required for foundation construction. The production efficiency of the foundation-free mixing plant of the same model is the same as that of the standard plant. The loading method can be chosen as either lift loading or belt conveyor loading, and it can be customized for large, medium, or small-sized projects.

Components:
The main components include cement silo, screw conveyor, PLD batching machine, twin-shaft mixing mainframe, computer control, and measurement system.
The feeding device includes cement, fly ash, aggregate feeding ports, and water inlet devices. To increase the impact force of water on the main shaft, a pipeline pump is installed on the main machine to prevent material sticking to the main shaft.
The aggregate batching machine is equipped with four aggregate bins, which can be used for four types of aggregate gradation.
The inclined belt conveyor mainly consists of a conveyor belt, transmission device, supporting rollers, cleaning device, frame, and ladder.
