The HZS25 concrete batching plant can be equipped with a single mixing mainframe or a twin-shaft mixer. Having two mixing machines ensures that the concrete production progress is not affected when one of the mixers has a malfunction.
The HZS25 Concrete Batching Plant is one of the smallest concrete batching plants, capable of batching and mixing raw materials like cement, sand, and water into concrete mixtures. The HZS25 has a production capacity of 25 cubic meters of concrete per hour, making it highly suitable for small-scale projects and projects with limited investment capacity.
Components:
The HZS25 Concrete Batching Plant consists of a mixing system, batching system, measurement system, and control system. The plant uses a bucket elevator to convey aggregates, saving space and improving land utilization. The HZS25 plant is equipped with a PLD800 aggregate batching machine, which can have either 2 or 3 storage bins based on the customer's actual needs. Corey Machine offers a fully automatic, semi-automatic, or manual control system, depending on customer preferences. The fully automatic control system utilizes computer control to achieve automatic production control, production management, and report printing.
